From the associates at the airport yesterday evening to the senior executives (Ron, Susan, our CFO) this morning, everyone is talking about your presentation. Pretty amazing given the 20th birthday party we had on Monday night. I’ve received a bunch of positive notes as well yesterday. The buzz is all about you, not Sting. Brian Biro took our program theme and perfectly incorporated it in his presentation. Our customers were totally in awe of him – even the big burly cowboys were moved to tears during the breakthrough workshop.  I can’t say enough what a blessing Brian was to our program.

As the President of Arbonne, I take a personal and professional interest in choosing keynote speakers that will deliver meaningful, timely and powerful presentations to our Independent Consultants. This is not always an easy task. Often speakers have their own agenda and want to deliver their message not the message your group needs to hear.

We booked Brian Biro after some of our Independent Consultants heard and “experienced” his presentation. He came highly recommend and we worked with Brian prior to our event to review his materials and training methods. We were impressed.

However our work with Brian prior to our January event was NOTHING compared our experience when he spoke. Insightful and experience oriented are just a few ways to describe his presentation.  As I told Brian after the January event, in 21 years at Arbonne his presentation was the best we’d ever seen, and we’ve had many of the most well-known speakers in the country at our conventions over the years. We were so impressed we brought him back to speak at our largest annual event. You are truly one of a kind and I can’t begin to thank you enough for the role you played Friday in helping all of our ACCO associates “Break Through.” You touched each of 150+ individuals in a unique and different way and left them so pumped, so enthused, so aware of their own capabilities, so ready to break through, that it felt like each individual had you all to themselves. We are the ones who were honored and privileged to have had you spend your precious afternoon with us. While the board-breaking was an incredible ending to the afternoon, everyone also talked about your energy, your passion, your messages, and the fact that it was also personal and not just business.  THANK YOU! I recently attended your lecture at the University of Notre Dame (I was the hockey player). I know you are very busy but I had to tell you that the time I spent with you was very important to me. To say “Thank you” would not be enough. You taught me so much not only about life in general but also about myself. The lessons I learned that day have changed me so much so my parents have already noticed a difference. The work you do is remarkable and I have thanked God several times since that I was fortunate enough to have the chance to listen to you talk. I hope this email finds you in good spirits and thanks again for everything. You have greatly impacted my life for the better.
